Terms of Service – Wayana Booking

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wayana Seloution Ltd (“Platform Provider”), governing your use of the Wayana Booking platform (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform — whether as a Business Owner, Manager, Specialist, Registered Client, or Guest — you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • Platform Provider: Wayana Seloution Ltd
  • Platform: Wayana Booking system and application
  • Tenant: A business entity using the Platform
  • Branch / Location: A specific location operated by a Tenant
  • Owner: Admin with full control over a Tenant
  • Manager: Admin managing daily operations
  • Specialist: Staff providing services
  • Registered Client: User with an account
  • Guest: User booking without an account
  • Platform Services: Software, APIs, infrastructure
  • Subscription Plan: Feature-based pricing plan

2. Platform Structure and Multi-Tenant Architecture

2.1 SaaS Model

The Platform operates as a multi-tenant, white-label SaaS system. Each Tenant operates independently within isolated environments.

2.2 Separation of Liability
  • The Platform Provider is a technology intermediary only
  • Does not provide services or employ specialists
  • Is not responsible for services, bookings, or outcomes

Each Tenant is solely responsible for:

  • business operations
  • staff conduct
  • client interactions
  • policies (cancellation, refunds, etc.)
2.3 Feature Availability

Features may vary depending on Subscription Plans and may be modified at any time.


3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Owners and Managers
  • Maintain account security
  • Configure business data accurately
  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Use platform tools legally
3.2 Specialists
  • Maintain accurate schedules
  • Follow Tenant policies
3.3 Registered Clients
  • Provide accurate data
  • Manage bookings responsibly
3.4 Guests
  • May book without account
  • Agree to Terms upon booking
  • Responsible for submitted data
  • May have limited control over bookings

4. Booking and Appointment Management

4.1 Slot Availability

Appointments are dynamically calculated and not guaranteed until confirmed.

4.2 Booking Rules
  • Users may cancel bookings
  • Modifying bookings is not supported
  • Availability may change at any time
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Policies are defined by each Tenant. The Platform Provider is not responsible for disputes.


5. Payments

The Platform does not process or store payment information.

All payments are handled directly by Tenants via third-party providers such as Stripe.

The Platform Provider is not responsible for:

  • refunds
  • payment disputes
  • chargebacks

6. Billing and Subscription

Tenants must maintain valid payment methods and comply with subscription obligations.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of access.


7. Platform Features

7.1 Loyalty Programs

Tenants may offer loyalty systems. The Platform is not responsible for reward fulfillment.

7.2 Push Notifications

Tenants must comply with anti-spam laws when using messaging features.

7.3 Discovery

Location data may be used to show nearby businesses.


8. Data Privacy and Security

The Platform uses secure authentication systems and enforces data isolation between Tenants.

Third-party services may be used, including:

  • Supabase (authentication & database)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Location services

9. Platform Availability

The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or error-free operation.


10. Prohibited Conduct

  • fake bookings
  • spam or abusive behavior
  • unauthorized access
  • system interference

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind.


12. Limitation of Liability

The Platform Provider shall not be liable for:

  • service failures
  • appointment issues
  • business disputes
  • data loss or downtime

Maximum liability is limited to:

  • amount paid in last 12 months
  • or $100 USD

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Platform Provider against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.


14. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or non-payment.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.


17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement.
